We wanted to take a moment to share an update about your orders and deliveries. Thank you for your continued trust and support as we work hard to fulfill every order with the care and attention you deserve. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about the current status and what to expect next.
First Batch on the Way
We’re happy to share that the first batch of orders has been dispatched and is currently en route from the factory to Hong Kong for overseas distribution. If you’ve already placed an order, you should have received an email with tracking information. Please note, it’s normal if the tracking details aren’t updating just yet — there can be a short delay while the courier processes each order. Please check back in a few days, and you should see your tracking information updated.
As a reminder, the courier is expected to deliver your package directly to your door. However, customs clearance might cause some delays, and this can take a few extra days. If you experience a significant delay, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us. We’re here to assist you in any way we can.
Updates for Outstanding Orders
For those of you who’ve placed an order but haven’t yet received a dispatch notice — don’t worry! Another batch is scheduled to arrive at the factory soon (next week, in fact). Your order will be on its way shortly thereafter. We’re working diligently to ship out all outstanding orders before the Chinese New Year, when courier will be closed for a week during that time.
For Prospective Customers: A Heads-Up
If you’re thinking of placing an order today, please keep in mind that due to the Chinese New Year factory closure (till mid-February), new orders will likely be fulfilled after that. Given the high demand, we’re most likely unable to maintain a constant stream of supply to dispatch on the same day. Realistically we could only be processing orders in batches, first come, first served.
If you’re hoping to receive your order sooner rather than later, we recommend placing your order as soon as possible to ensure you’re among the first in line.
