Order Shipping Update
We would like to inform you about the current shipping situation:
March 2025 Fulfillment Schedule
We are working diligently to fulfill orders according to the following schedule:
- March Week 1 (9 Mar 2025): Orders up to #2885
- March Week 2 (16 Mar 2025): Orders up to #3158
- March Week 3 (23 Mar 2025): Orders up to #3604
- March Week 4 (30 Mar 2025): Orders up to #4011
This schedule is our realistic estimate but remains subject to change. We hope to exceed these targets and promise weekly updates to keep you informed transparently about our progress.
Quality Control Process
Our main priority is ensuring that every single SSD module we ship functions flawlessly from day one. To achieve this, we’ve implemented 100% in-house verification of all units:
- Each SSD undergoes the exact DFU restoration process that you would perform upon receipt
- We complete initial macOS setup and run detailed disk I/O benchmarks
- S.M.A.R.T status checks ensure speed and thermal performance meet our standards
- This thorough verification process takes approximately ONE HOUR per unit
We’re currently testing 50-80 units daily and are expanding our testing capacity by adding additional Mac mini M4 units to accelerate this process.
New Orders
For new orders placed today, please anticipate a lead time of up to 30 days. We expect this timeframe to decrease steadily as our verification process becomes more efficient.
Ordering now secures your position in the queue and locks in your price—an advantage given the highly volatile NAND market. Please note that NAND prices can fluctuate, typically upwards, without notice.
Shipping Times
Once your order has shipped, delivery times will depend on the destination country:
- For most countries: Delivery typically takes 2-3 weeks.
- Orders to the UK and the US: Expected delivery within approximately 1 week.

M4 Pro Expansion Module Update
We are currently developing the expansion module for the M4 Pro. While we cannot provide a specific release date yet, feel free to follow our updates on X.
Refund
You can cancel your order and request a refund by following these simple steps:
1. Navigate to My Account in the top menu
2. Select Orders from the dropdown
3. Find and click on Your Order
4. Click the Refund button
Our system will automatically process your refund request. Please note that payment processors (PayPal/Stripe/Revolut) charge non-refundable transaction fees, which will be deducted from your refund amount in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
