You can cancel your order and request a refund by following these simple steps:
- Navigate to My Account in the top menu
- Select Orders from the dropdown
- Find and click on Your Order
- Click the Refund button
Our system will automatically process your refund request. Please note that payment processors (PayPal/Stripe/Revolut) charge non-refundable transaction fees, which will be deducted from your refund amount in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
