We have some important updates to share regarding the current order and delivery process, tailored for both our existing customers and those considering placing an order. Here’s everything you need to know.

For Existing Customers

First off, thank you to everyone who has already placed an order! Your support and trust fuel everything we do.

We’re pleased to announce that order fulfillment will begin this week (week ending 19 January 2025). Orders are being processed on a first-come, first-serve basis to ensure fairness. Due to the overwhelming demand and our strict quality standards, we’ve encountered a limited supply. Many units did not meet our expectations during rigorous testing, and as a result, we currently have fewer units available for shipment than anticipated.

If your order doesn’t ship this week, it simply means that stock has been allocated to earlier orders. As soon as we restock, we will continue fulfilling orders in the same first-come, first-serve order. Once your order is on its way, you will receive an email notification with tracking information to help you monitor its progress.

For Prospective Customers

If you’re waiting for immediate delivery before placing an order, we want to set realistic expectations. With Chinese New Year just around the corner, our factory will be closing for approximately 2-3 weeks, potentially up to a month. During this time, stock replenishment will be delayed, which could impact order fulfillment timelines in the short term.

If you’d like to secure your order as quickly as possible, we strongly recommend placing it now to reserve your spot in the queue. Orders will continue to be fulfilled on a first-come, first-serve basis once stock is replenished.
