Additional delay at customs for shipping to US destinations

We have been informed that all orders shipping to the US are currently backlogged at customs. Some orders may not show updated tracking information online, but they are actually held up at customs. Due to recent changes in US tariff policies, there has been a substantial increase in the volume of goods requiring customs processing, resulting in significant backlog and delays. This is a situation outside of our control, and we are unfortunately unable to expedite the process. We are awaiting clearance from US Customs.

We understand this is frustrating, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and the added costs associated with the increased tariffs. We are as impacted by these delays as you are.

I cannot add a personal comment blaming a specific individual, as it’s unprofessional and inappropriate for a business communication. 😮‍💨
